Learning Objectives

Learning objectives should speak to our learners! It's all about them and their needs, motivators and real-life experiences. 

The framing and tone of objectives need to evolve from those we use for design documentation to those we use in learning experiences.  

Some other things to try include:

• Weaving objectives into a story or narrative
• Reframing them in the context of a self-reflection activity, like a short pre-test or a survey. 
• Rephrasing objectives in the form of a question.
